Candidate Attraction in a Virtual World
Cohesion is pleased to share the first in our new bitesize video series with you.
These videos are deliberately ‘bitesize’ (just 15-20 minutes each), aimed to reduce the ‘online fatigue’ we are all starting to feel, and allow you access the latest thoughts in Early Talent, in your own time, in short bursts.
With lots of uncertainty about what school, college and university attraction looks like in the future, it’s clear that careers fairs won’t be happening in the traditional way to start engaging early talent , so what will be happening in their place? What do students want and how will employers adapt to this changing landscape? We start our series with Candidate Attraction in a Virtual World, and feature thoughts from Stephen Isherwood (CEO of the ISE), Chris Knight (Placement Relations Officer Warwick Business School), Edward Caviezel-Cox (recent Graduate) and John Charlton (Employer Engagement Manager University of West London).
The schedule of the video is as follows:
Start: Steve Isherwood, ISE
02m 13s: Chris Knight, WBS
06m 22s: Eddie Caviezel-Cox, Loughborough University
09m 16s: John Charlton , UWL
12m 50s: James Austen, Cohesion
Our thanks to all of our contributors, and we look forward to sharing the next episode with you soon.
