We have been working with Cohesion for over 4 years now and we would describe our relationship with them as a partnership. Our account team are passionate, driven and friendly which has meant it feels like they are an extension of our internal team. Whatever our priorities Cohesion have worked with us to help develop, objectives and action plans to achieve these. Cohesion haven’t been scared to challenge us to improve and with their help we have seen our cost per hire decrease and our success ration at assessment centres increase. What makes Cohesion stand out is their passion for customer experience, they have taken our graduate recruitment from a faceless numbers game to a recruitment process where every candidate can have a positive experience. One of the most regular pieces of feedback we get from candidates is how valued they feel and how they really get a sense that we want them to succeed, something which is driven from the first stage of our process by Cohesion. We are looking forward to working with Cohesion again next year and seeing how we can continue to progress our recruitment process so it stands above the competition.

I was singing your praises to our HRD today about how pleased I am that we chose you. I am a self-confessed control freak, very fussy, competitive and have high standards, so I often struggle when working with suppliers! If I’m accountable for something I’m not producing, it has to be as good as or better than my own work. I am happy to say that I have complete trust and confidence in you and your team, which is such a relief and has meant I’ve not had to get half as involved in this as I normally would have – thank you again for the work you’ve done so far

Following on from our call I just want to say massive well done and an even bigger thank you!!! Our last assessment centre and every single candidate rightly got through to final interview. Just a shame that they won’t all get a job. The assessors all commented that they have not seen that calibre of candidates in a long while. I have also received a lot of comments from the candidates saying how good the recruitment process is and that they were very thankful of the support they have received along the way.

I would definitely recommend Cohesion as a recruitment partner. Working with them has taken the pain out of the recruitment process – I haven’t had to worry so much about the schedule or where everyone needs to be.
