Cohesion, will design, build and implement a bespoke program of engagement that increases level of contact and engagement as the recruitment process progresses.

We understand the changing landscape of Early Talent candidate management, and are flexible to adapt our approach to their needs – contacting them on the platforms they use, at the time they want and in the way they wish to be contacted. We are as passionate about candidate experience, as our clients are about their customer experience. We ensure that all applicants experience a fantastic recruitment journey and, whether successful or not, have a positive experience of your organisation and brand.

Every candidate should feel fully supported to give the best account of themselves, and we will deploy a series of support mechanisms to allow them to do this; for example via Live Chat to answer queries and give advice, via live Twitter Q&A sessions and through preparation webinars ahead of video interview and assessment centre.

We will build an online and offline strategy that provides a seamless ‘best-in-class’ candidate experience which will be mapped against the various ‘moments that matter’ (moments of choice and moments of inspiration) from brand awareness-consideration-preference through to application.

  • A School outreach program can be build upon or be established to support local school engagement including school careers events and fairs
  • Messages which speak to Generation Z including: mobile first, a desire to learn and build knowledge, purpose driven mentalities, a personalised experience
    Creating opportunities for candidates to interact meaningfully with your business and brand ‘24/7’
  • A ‘How are we doing’ online survey which provides insight and intelligence on where improvements can be made
    Management of post-offer Social media posts – commences the development of employee mentality including updates on company news and topical events.
  • Onboarding Interviews – conducted over the phone, drilling down on all areas of the recruitment and onboarding process.
