“Cohesion supported both our graduate and apprenticeship recruitment over a period of 4 years. During that time they were responsible for an end to end solution that included, attraction, screening, management of assessment centres, onboarding etc. In conjunction with these campaigns, Cohesion also led our school outreach programmes where we challenged them to engage with local schools and colleges around our core locations in a bid to increase visibility and traction with our apprenticeship intake. We (Hanson) recruited apprenticeships across 11 different locations. Cohesion managed all outreach activity and each year increased number of total applications, but also for core targets especially gender and diversity.
