Over the last few years and as technology advances, the industry is experiencing a trend that sees hiring organisations reaching out, mapping and profiling potential candidates at a younger age. Candidate outreach programmes are usually mid-long term initiatives that combine candidate engagement with positive corporate social responsibility. Can short -term investment directly correlate to both increased application numbers but also more engaged and prepared students?

In this session we will be inviting organisations that have recently invested in outreach programmes along with employment teams from schools to understand what works best, how resource can be effectively delivered and what is meaningful and beneficial to the candidate.
