Cohesion Collaborate

Supporting our Universities to support their students

What is Cohesion Collaborate? The link between Universities and Employers

Cohesion Collaborate facilitates the links between Universities and Employers. Our aim is to provide student support before, during, and after recruitment processes on a cyclical basis. We aim to provide Universities the with bespoke employer insight, early notification of schemes, student support on how to negotiate challenging recruitment processes, insights to the Early Talent market, and reporting on student performance in recruitment campaigns. Through this partnership, we can help our employers to get in front of students and offer bespoke support to your students, we can impact the levelling up agenda.
