Candidate Engagement in a Virtual World
We are pleased to share our next bitesize video with you. In this instalment we look at the importance of candidate engagement and communication throughout the recruitment process in a largely virtual world.
The events this year have led to some big changes to the recruitment process, most notably the need to take a lot of traditionally face to face elements online. Whilst there are certainly some pros to this it can lead to decreased levels of candidate engagement if not handled carefully. There has also been widespread uncertainty and delays to early talent recruitment which has further impacted on the process.
We have put together another video on this subject: Candidate Engagement in a Virtual World, which feature thoughts from; Stephen Isherwood, CEO of the ISE, Ashley Hever, Talent Acquisition Director at Enterprise Rent-a-Car , Helen Sherwood, Talent Manager at IBM and Dan Doherty, Early Talent Recruitment Manager at Capgemini UK.
The schedule of the video is as follows:
Start: James Austen, Cohesion
3m 30s: Stephen Isherwood, ISE
5m 14s: Ashley Hever, Enterprise
7m 51s: Helen Sherwood, IBM
8m 41s: Dan Doherty, Capgemini UK
Our thanks to all of our contributors, and we look forward to sharing the next episode with you soon.
